Beautiful view of the coast range and amazing sunsets
are hard to beat here on our fifteen acre farm located just ten minutes drive
south of Salem, OR. with easy access to I-5. If you are looking for a
pleasant, non-commercialized, family farm atmosphere, this is the
location you must see. With nearly 3 acres of lawns
there's at least three choice wedding ceremony and reception locations to
choose from, including a setting in front of our wonderful 1929 Dutch
styled home, or rent a gazebo for a wedding with splendor that overlooks
the farmland! Enchanting sounds of the water fountain floats
through the air, park benches dotted across the property
for people to stop and enjoy the sounds of nature.... you can
even ring our vintage 1900's church bell to signify the unity of your marriage!

Venue specifics / requirements:
No limitations to your catering! You can use whoever you choose, even family.
Beer/Wine only with required insurance and event bartender w/Service Permit
Wedding venue available 9am for setup, cleanup by 10pm

This location is a must see, please email to request a preview appointment.
Parking and facilities to support up to 300 guests (more with special parking
provisions). May 1 through August 1 (other dates considered).

You can rent any additional equipment from us for a seamless event (NO delivery fees!):
Two 20 x 40ft tents (see photo), $295each
Three 10 x 10ft tents with one side panel, $45each (photo available)
8x12 wood-grain dance floor (see photo), $75
Live WebCam Video Feed for remote guests unable to attend - $250
Quality 'Wedding Class' portable restroom (carpeted, decorated) with sink and flush, $75

Also available for rent:
Gazebo, Arches, backdrops, tables, chairs, highchairs for kids, and quality ceremony
micing and amplification equipment. No delivery fees! Inquire with specifics for a quote.

We can optionally help you locate all the necessary services including catering, hair, DJ, entertainment,
and photography. Simply let us know how we can be of assistance!
